Shipping Methods

Most orders ship via UPS or FedEx. In most cases we can have you product to your door within 3-4 shipping days.

Drop Shipments:
Some orders are drop shipped straight from the manufacturer. If a product has been drop shipped from a manufacturer, please allow 7 shipping days before requesting a tracking number.

Truck Freight:
Some items are too big to ship via FedEx or UPS. In this case we will have to ship the item via a truck freight company. Shipping through a truck freight company may result in higher shipping charges ($100 Average), and longer wait times for the products arrival. please allow a minimum of 2 weeks to receive any item that has to be shipped truck freight. If your order can go to a commercial address rather than to a residence it will save you money and time.


Shipping Issues

Damaged Products:
If your product was damaged during shipping, you must contact the shipper (ex. FedEx, UPS) within 48 hours of receiving the product. At that time you will need to file a damage claim with the shipper and NOT with us.

Products Lost In Shipping:
WWOR is not responsible for a package that gets lost in shipping. However if the freight company (ex. FedEx or UPS) deems the package as lost, we will ship out a replacement of the same item. Please remember we will only ship out a replacement if the freight company claims it as lost.

APO Shipping:
WWOR is not responsible for a package that gets lost in shipping when shipping to an
APO.

Outside the Continental U.S.:
WWOR ships all over the world. No matter where you are, order from us and we can get your product to you. All orders outside the Continental U.S. usually ship Air Freight. This includes
Hawaii, Alaska and Canada.

Ordering On-line or by Phone:
When ordering online or by phone, please make sure to give the correct information about your vehicle application. WWOR can only send you the correct parts based on the information given by the customer at the time of the order. We cannot be held responsible for an item not fitting or working correctly, if the customer has given incorrect information. At this point the customer will be responsible for shipping and handling charges. If we see that the right information was given and the customer was sent the wrong part, at that point it would be our fault, and WWOR will take action to correct the problem.

WARNING: DO NOT attempt to use a fraudulent credit card or checks to make purchases from WWOR. We use sophisticated software to prevent credit card fraud. Any attempt to do so will result in legal action.

By Mailing a Check or Money Order In:
If you don't feel comfortable using your credit card or paying by check online, then you can mail in the payment for your order. If you mail in a money order, then your order will ship out as soon as we receive your payment. If you mail in a personal check, then you will have to wait for the check to clear before shipping out your order.

Product Availability:
Most products ship within 48 hours of order placement. There are some specialty products that have a longer lead-time WWOR will do everything we can to ship your order as soon as possible. As we have distributors on both the East and the West coast as well as the central US, we ship many of our products from all over the
U.S. We ship products through these distribution centers, so that we can get your products to you as soon as possible.

WWOR uses secure line technology to ensure your order is processed in a safe and secure environment. This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All credit card information utilizes state-of-the-art Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology and is SET compliant. We encrypt all your personal information including your credit card number and address so that it can not be read by anyone but us.

At this time NO order status will be given. All orders are shipped promptly and in most cases within 24-48 hours.


Cancellations

If you intend to cancel your order for any reason please do so within 30 minutes of placing your order. During night hours when you cannot call to cancel your order please send an email requesting order cancellation and call first thing the next morning (9:00 am EST).

You cannot cancel an order via email only. You must talk with a live sales representative over the phone to cancel your order.

WWOR reserves the right to cancel any order at anytime.


 

Return Policy

Within 30 (thirty) days of receiving your order, we will exchange any UNUSED resaleable item for another item of equal value. If the new item is of greater value, you will be responsible for any price difference. If new item is of lesser value, difference could be subject to a return fee. If return is due to an error on the part of WWOR, we will arrange for return shipping by use of call tag or shipping return label. We will issue 1 (one) call tag, and it will be the customer's responsibility to ensure that the part is ready for pickup. If the part is not ready to be picked up, it then becomes the customer's responsibility to arrange shipping back to us, and at NO time will a second call tag be issued.

On all returns in which WWOR is not at fault, the customer will be responsible for shipping the part back to us, and there will be no return of freight on the order. Also, if item is being exchanged, customer will be responsible for freight charges to ship the replacement part to the customer. All returns without exchange are subject to a return fee, not to exceed 35% of the purchase price of the item returned, also with no return of freight charges. Any order cancelled is subject to the same return fee. In addition: NO returns or refunds on installed or used merchandise.

  • All returned items MUST have a RGA number written on the package, items returned without a RGA number will be refused at time of delivery.
  • NO returns or refunds on custom made and developed products.
  • Any products refused upon delivery also subject to return fee.
  • You must file a claim with the SHIPPER, not with us, if your product was damaged in shipping. You may call us to obtain the appropriate phone numbers.
  • Also, if your part was lost by the shipper, you must file a claim with them. If the shipper pays the claim, we will then ship a replacement part. If the shipper denies the claim, WWOR will NOT pay to replace the part.
  • If your part arrives defective, you must make a claim with the manufacturer directly, in order to get the product replaced. You may call us to obtain a phone number for the manufacturer. By clicking on "Continue" and submitting your order, you are indicating that you have read and accept the terms of our return policy.
